PTC RISE Program seals its official partnership with Iloilo LGU

The PTC RISE Team officially signed a Quadripartite Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the City Government of Iloilo, together with Asia Society for Social Improvement and Sustainable Transformation and Smart Development Institute (SDI), on February 22 at the Iloilo City Hall.

PTC Talent Acquisition Group (TAG) Head Capt. Ronaldo SJ. Enrile, extended his thanks to the Iloilo City Government, headed by Mayor Jerry Treñas, and Iloilo City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) Office headed by Ms. Donna P. Magno, for their support of Disaster Preparedness and Resiliency by enabling the RISE Program to be facilitated in Iloilo City.

Mayor Jerry Treñas shared his gratitude towards PTC for capacitating Ilonggos on Disaster Preparedness and encouraged PTC to participate in the city's goal of reaching out to the whole Western Visayas Region and its LGUs to share Iloilo City's experiences and knowledge in DRRM.

During the visit, the team also participated in an update meeting with the Iloilo City Government Information System Office (ISO) regarding the development of the RISE Iloilo City Mobile App. The group discussed possible add-on features for the RISE Iloilo City Mobile App, tailor-fitting it to the needs of the Iloilo City DRRM Office to communicate disaster updates to its citizens.
